Welcome to the Ida B blog!

You will be blogging 4 times a week during this novel unit.  Every week I will post questions related to the reading.  You will need to respond to at least 3 questions that I post. Your third entry for the week will be a response to another student's entry.  Remember that when you are responding to another student's blog, you need to comment positively and appropriately.

Blogging rules-

  1. Use appropriate language.
  2. You may only blog about the book. Nothing personal!
  3. You may not post any personal information (use initials only).
  4. Use proper writing conventions.
  5. Use evidence from the novel to support your answer.
  6. When responding to another student's post, you need to reference which post you are responding to along with your own response.

  2. Hey classmates,
Well I think Ida B's definition of fun is getting her dog and talk to trees. I personally think that, that's kind of weird but maybe she can hear them, but we can't. My idea of fun is going outside and playing with my friends and playing tennis baseball or something. I love hanging out with my friends because most of them are fun. Everybody likes doing different things though so I guess that talking to trees might be fun for her but probably not for me.

  3. Dear Bloggers,
Ida's idea of fun is play out in nature. Her friends are the trees and she want to get a letter back from Canada. One lady had a class that wrote information about Canada back to her.But my idea of fun is shopping ,dancing, and playing volleyball.Do you other bloggers think that anyone that actually lives in Canada will write back to her and send it back on one of her little home made rafts. Please write me back soon!
